Defence Application

SVGC Limited has had many years experience of using and helping with the development of the Acquisition Process used by the UK MoD in its drive towards achieving savings in time and cost through Smart Acquisition.

As a result, SVGC Limited has widely acknowledged expertise in its understanding and application of the processes, techniques and systems used in the Acquisition Process, including the Through Life Capability Management of solutions. As a result of its experience and understanding, the Company was invited to take part in the MoD Pathfinder Studies that informed the development of current Acquisition processes set out in the Acquisition Operating Framework (AOF).

Non-Defence Application

The processes shown above form part of the MoD UK customised version of the System Life Cycle Processes set through international standard ISO/IEC 15288 covering both systems and software engineering processes.

As such SVGC Limited's understanding and engagement with the systems and software engineering involved in System Life Cycle Processes can readily be translated into support to non-Defence application. SVGC Limited support concentrates on the Technical processes involved with Acquisition and supply as illustrated above.
